Is it easy to cancel?

Yes - and you can cancel at any time.

We didn't want to create a subscription that was hard to get out of, so there are always lots of choices available to you. From your customer account simply click the 'Subscriptions' tab and then 'Manage Subscription'. You will find options to cancel, pause or amend your package.

If you're having any problems logging in, please use our password reset form. You can also contact us direct by e-mail or phone to request a cancellation.
