What are the delivery charges?

We have introduced simple, clear delivery costs, as well as the opportunity for all our customers to qualify for Free Delivery! We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries.

UK Delivery Options - From £3.25, Free over £40

UK Saver Delivery* - untracked, 3 to 5 working days - £3.25
Tracked 48 - 2 to 3 working days - £4.25 or FREE when you spend over £40
Tracked 24 - 1 to 2 working days - £5.95
Special Delivery** - next working day between 9am - 1pm if order is placed before 11am - £8.50

*UK Saver Delivery is only available on orders containing only Water Colour refills without a new mixer bottle. These are smaller packages allowing us to save you money and reduce plastic waste by re-using mixer bottles.

**Special delivery is a tracked and signed service - someone must be available to sign for the delivery.

Regular Water Colour user? You'll get free saver delivery when you subscribe!

Europe - £8, Free over £50

There may be Customs charges payable on receipt of your order - these vary country to country.

Worldwide - £6, Free over £75

Spend £75 for free delivery. Standard delivery is £6 (about $7.50 US). There may be Customs charges payable on receipt of your order - these vary country to country.

If you order before 11am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) we will aim to send your order the same day.
