So, do I really have to do a patch test?
Yes! Please don’t take the risk. Even if you have used the products before make sure you do a patch test each time EVERY time.
You can develop an intolerance to any substance at any time – whether man-made or natural. Skin patch testing is an essential part of the process of applying any dye or cosmetic products.
Apply the test as described in the leaflet (all our leaflets can also be accessed online if you have chosen to go paperless in our Eco options) Apply the test AT LEAST 48 hours prior to use (Please be aware that in some cases the skin sensitivity/allergy test can take longer in certain individuals).
